This is a full-time role as an Inside Sales Representative and we are looking for the rare gem to join this great team.

Key Responsibilities:

> Serving customers at the counter
> Take customer orders by phone, fax or email;
> Respond to client solicitations;
> Develop and maintain customer loyalty by providing product advice;
> Work with the external representative to maintain effective customer relations.

Required qualifications and skills:

> Dynamism, great interpersonal skills
> High level of organization
> Good ability to work in a team
> Knowledge of the Office suite
> Good stress management
> Knowledge of English is an asset
> Ability to manage several files at the same time
