This is a full-time role as a buyer and we are looking for the rare gem to join our great team.

   Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing warehouse inventory /SKUs related to this position;
  • Purchasing special orders;
  • Managing material returns: authorizing return requests and handling warranties with suppliers;
  • Processing supplier invoices;
  • Preparing for the annual inventory;
  • Maintaining good relationships with suppliers;
  • Managing the inventory of decorative moulding accessories;
  • Managing the inventory of edgebanding adhesive;
  • Building orders for laminates containers;
  • Reviewing sales reports to determine future purchases;
  • Providing technical support to sales and acting as a liaison between suppliers and sales for special requests;
  • Other related taskd;

   Required qualifications and skills:

  • Dynamism, and high level of organization;
  • Knowledge of cabinetmaking materials;
  • DEC and/or equivalent;
  • Good ability to work in a fast office environment;
  • Ability to manage several files at the same time;
  • Knowledge of English is an asset for this job.
